We start with the outside looking for water infiltration points. Inside, check all water sources and other components of the structure to distinguish any proof of noticeable water harm or mold development. We check inside the HVAC systems/ ductwork and utilize technologies such as infrared cameras and moisture meters. Allowing us to see beyond the naked eye, within the wall, floor, and ceiling cavities for potential source areas that could be leading to poor indoor air quality.
After the inspection is performed, our Consultant will review and discuss all the areas of concern and suspect areas of contamination.
